LIVORNO 32

11 minutes | 2017

Director: Miki Polonsky | DOP: Ilya Marcus | Producer: Independent

A house on the outskirts of the city in the midst of night: inside the apartments, one by one, the lights go out. Late at night, a boy receives a phone call from his father asking him for one last favour. He always says it’s the last one. The apartment’s window becomes a rear window as we are witnessing an unusual father-son relationship. A boy torn between sense of duty, feelings of guilt and a responsibility he doesn’t want.
